No, more problem of Download task paused in oppo mobile mainly.There has been lots of videos on you tube although I also suggested it but that’s not solution.You would also find lots of result but that also not helpful.But every problem has solution same here.

The solution I will give is permanent and the problem not arise again.it will work on any mobile like SAMSUNG, OPPO, INTEX, MICROMAX, APPLE,ETC..

l You think that it arises do you network failure but that’s not truth.
l You think it arises due to update available but not installed that also not a right.
l You think it arises with some virus in phone that also not the reason.
l You think it arises due to download manager and can be correct with clearing data of download manager of your device that also not right.

What is the reason?
l It is due to some problem arises in downloading the file.
l It is due to some problem arises when you paused download task in browser.
l It is due to failure in downloads.

How to correct?
There is only one way how to remove this error from your notification bar.so,as the problem arises from downloads the curing can be done by downloads.first check the downloads of browser and check if there was any pending file in downloads option if found then delete them or continue and if not there is another way.Go to settings and then go to application management.in the appliccation management select the google chrome{click on that browser you use,google chrome is default but some persons uses uc browser,etc.}in google chrome cick on clear data{all}.now, checking by restarting your device if problem arises clear the data of all other browsers in phone.
